The Beinecke offers many programs for individuals interested in reading and understanding medieval and early modern books and their historic contexts.
If you have pre-1500 Western or pre-1700 non-Western materials you would like to donate to the Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library, please email the curator of early books.

The Beinecke has an active program of acquiring pre-1500 books and manuscripts for the use of its communities and for scholars everywhere. If you would like to be alerted to recently acquired material, you can sign up for our monthly newsletter here.
